Selwyn Hare
CEO

Selwyn made Aliyah in 1978 from South Africa. When I started selling properties to foreigners about 15 years ago, they needed somebody to look after their properties, so I did the property management as a favour. As time went on and I sold more assets in Israel to foreigners, there were more and more properties that needed to be looked after. To give our clients, the attention they need, I decided to open a company just for property management. Today I run a company, “The Agency” providing real estate, and property management services to property owners both in the country and abroad. The Agency provides a property management service second to none with web-based software providing maximum integrity and transparency

Julianne Vibranovski
Property Manager

Julianne made Aliyah from Brazil, in 2018, with her husband and 2 daughters. Back there, she graduated from law school and worked in the courthouse of Rio de Janeiro-Brazil for 17 years. In her new life in Israel, she wanted to reinvent herself and thought real estate would be a good idea and that’s how she met Selwyn in 2020. Selwyn invited her to start the property management department and with time the property management became bigger and bigger. So, almost 5 years later, Selwyn started “The Agency” and she joined from day one Property management became a passion and all she loves the most is to take care of each client with their individual needs to make them happy and to make sure they know their properties are being taken care of in a high standard level. From arranging a cleaner, to buying some groceries for a client that arrives late, check which is the best internet provider, send an electrician to fix any problems or deal with the insurance companies and a lot more. Julianne is not a sales person, she is a people’s person who loves to take care of and to solve problems and that fits exactly the purpose of The Agency and became our goal which is Your Property, Our Priority!

Stefanie Anconina
Office Manager

Stefanie is a proud mother of two with a rich and diverse professional background rooted in psychology, real estate, and education. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Haifa in 2016, sparking a lifelong interest in understanding people and building meaningful connections. Following her studies, Stefanie became a licensed real estate agent through Israel’s legal department and went on to work closely with both renters and property owners around the world. This hands-on experience gave her a global perspective and a deep understanding of clients’ needs. Later, driven by a desire to contribute to the growth of society, Stefanie pursued her teaching diploma at Seminar Hakibbutzim, one of Israel’s leading institutes for educators. Her passion for guiding and supporting others naturally led her to the world of education. Now, Stefanie has found the perfect way to combine her two passions at The Agency with Selwyn and Julianne. She brings her insight, care, and professionalism to help you navigate your real estate journey with confidence, integrity, and expertise. She’s here to answer any questions you may have—because your property truly is our priority.
